Grown-ups are in charge
MomoMango is for parents and authorized adults. Children do not need their own account. Upload only photos you have permission to use, including when a picture contains another family’s child.
What your studio stores
Profiles can include names, ages, pronouns, interests, descriptions, and photos. Books store your brief, selected people, scenes, illustrations, captions, and dedication. Demo orders store the shipping details you enter even though no parcel is sent. Avoid entering real shipping details when you only want to explore the demo.
Access to family material
Family records and uploaded photos are stored on the server. Requests check the signed-in owner before returning that family’s records or private images. Public printable downloads are separate and do not contain family uploads. Public search pages do not list user profiles or user-created books.
Photos uploaded through the studio are resized and re-encoded in your browser before upload, which removes embedded location metadata. This does not remove personal information that is visibly present in an image.
When generation is connected
The current sample mode does not send photos to OpenAI for image generation. When live generation is configured, selected reference photos and descriptions are sent to OpenAI to understand characters and create illustrations. The app does not guarantee a particular likeness or illustration result.
Accounts and payments
Email registration stores your name, email address, password hash, and sign-in sessions in Cloudflare. Resend receives your email address and the confirmation or password-reset email needed to access your account. Passwords and family photos are not included in these emails. Authentication cookies keep you signed in. The public printable collection does not require an email address or photo.
Demo orders do not collect card details or take payments. The payment integration uses Stripe-hosted checkout when enabled; the application is not designed to store card numbers.
Removing a profile or book
The current Remove action hides a record from the studio and offers an immediate Undo. It is not a permanent account-data-erasure tool. Existing book references and uploaded files may remain stored. A complete account erasure and retention process is required before a public paid launch.
Free printable use
You may print the original free packs for personal, classroom, and non-commercial activities. Please do not resell or redistribute the files as your own. Share the collection link so another family can download a copy directly.
Before adding sensitive information
This is an early preview with the limitations described above. You can explore the free printables and sample studio without uploading real family photos. If you use the studio, keep your descriptions focused on what is useful for the book.
